I believe that we are not meant to live separate from nature, and the hustle mentality of our current culture is destroying our health AND happiness.

Nature’s wisdom can provide us with a roadmap to living our best lives & creating the best version of ourselves.

Everyone is striving for balance. How to have a purpose, be healthy and fulfilled and still achieve goals and feel successful.

I’m still struggling to find that balance and be intentional with my life, but the rhythms of the Seasons & our natural world is the one thing I’ve found that helps me achieve that balance of ebb and flow and listen to the needs of my body.

This isn’t anything new or groundbreaking, it is relearning ancient knowledge we have forgotten and discarded in our modern world. Remembering that we are all connected.

I’m here to remind you you are a beautiful being of nature, and help you refind the balance, health and purpose you’ve been craving.

My story, my journey to the holistic path isn’t a new one.

Most of my twenties were spent in a highly stressful corporate job working 16hour days with very little sleep, and a lifestyle where I partied too much and generally ignored even the most basic of my body’s needs, pushing myself to burnout because that’s what I’d been told success looked like.

Of course that is never sustainable, and my rock bottom looked like complete collapse, days where the thought of washing my face or dressing felt unachievable, and barely being able to drag myself out of bed. Dr’s diagnosed me with CFS/ME and although I tried medication it only served to make my symptoms worse and left me feeling alone, disconnected from who I was and feeling like there was no hope. Abandoned by Dr’s, told this was “as good as it was going to get” I refused to give up.

My recovery started slowly.

Finding small joys in the pieces of my day, noticing the little things on the short walks I managed to take; a new flower, a beautiful butterfly…. Slowly but surely, I reconnected with nature in a way I never had before. And it became my lifeline in a sea of darkness. Learning who this new version of me became intrinsically intertwined with this new relationship with nature and the seasons, helping me understand parts of myself and my needs, awakening my spiritual side, and eventually leading to my holistic health and herbalism journey.

But I still struggled with this concept of productivity and tying my self-worth to how much I achieved, ending up in a never-ending cycle of crash and recovery. I knew something had to change, but it wasn’t until I really deepened my understanding of the seasons, the moon phases & astrology that I saw the pattern & it finally clicked.

Seeing how it all connected, that WE are all connected, we ARE nature, was like a lightbulb moment for me.

And so the seasonal alchemy path was born.

Beliefs & Values

BALANCE

For me, balance is at the heart of true health and wellbeing. It’s not about perfection but about finding a sense of harmony within the natural ebb and flow of life & the seasons.

When we create balance—nurturing our bodies with wholesome food and movement, calming our minds through reflection and rest, honouring our emotions, and staying connected to our inner selves—we create space for healing and growth. Balance is a practice, a daily intention to live in alignment with what feels grounding, nourishing, and whole. It’s where we find our centre, and from there, we can truly flourish.

Intention

For me, living a life of fulfilment, health, and happiness begins with intention. It’s about consciously choosing how I want to show up in the world and aligning my actions with what truly matters. Intention guides us to live in harmony with the rhythms of nature and our own inner truth, reminding us to honour our body, nurture our mind, and stay connected to our spirit.

By approaching each day with clarity and purpose, we create a foundation for a life that feels meaningful, joyful, and whole—one where every step is taken with care, and every moment holds the potential for growth and gratitude.

Freedom to grow

Ttrue freedom lies in giving ourselves the permission to grow—a freedom that allows me to evolve, change, and become more aligned with who I am meant to be. Growth requires curiosity, courage, flexibility and the willingness to embrace both the challenges and the beauty of life. By honouring this freedom we create space to shed what no longer serves us, explore new paths, and expand into our fullest potential.

It’s through this ongoing journey of growth that we cultivate a life of fulfilment, health, and happiness, rooted in authenticity and a deep connection to our inner self.
